Parker Plumbing started with one truck and a contractors license. 14 years later most of our work still comes in by word of mouth from customers we have already worked for.

That shapes how we run the company. Every job has to be good enough that the customer mentions us to a neighbor, because that neighbor is usually our next call. It is a slower way to grow than buying leads, and it is the reason we are still here.

Plumbing is all we do. No general contracting and no handyman work. Staying narrow is what lets us own acoustic leak locating equipment and sewer cameras, and it is why our technicians have seen the same failures hundreds of times. We can walk into a 1990s Murrieta tract home and have a good idea where to look before we open a wall.

We have also stayed a size where the family still checks the work and we know our customers by name, while carrying the license and the crew for a whole-house repipe, a custom build, or a burst line at two in the morning.
