Privacy policy

Parker Plumbing is a family-run plumbing contractor in the Temecula Valley. We collect the minimum we need to get a plumber to your house and to follow up about the work. We do not sell your information and we never will.

What we collect

When you call, text, or submit the request form, we collect your name, phone number, city, and a description of the plumbing problem. Email address is optional. If you hire us, we keep the job record, the written quote, and the invoice.

The website itself collects standard server request data such as pages visited and the browser used. We do not run advertising trackers that follow you to other websites.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your service request and schedule the work
• To quote the job accurately and send you the written price
• To follow up about warranty, maintenance, or a job in progress
• To keep the records a licensed contractor is required to keep

Text messages

The request form has a consent checkbox because we prefer to text people back. Checking it means you agree to receive SMS messages from Parker Plumbing about your service request. We record that consent with your request. Message frequency depends on your job, and message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us from calling you about work you have already scheduled. We do not send marketing blasts and we do not share your number with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the people needed to do the work: our own technicians, the software we use to schedule and invoice jobs, and payment processors. If a job involves an insurance claim, we provide documentation to your carrier at your request. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold it in the past twelve months.

How long we keep it

Job records, quotes, and invoices are retained as long as California contractor recordkeeping and tax rules require. Requests that never became jobs are kept only as long as they are useful for following up.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. Call (951) 465-6600 or email info@parkerplumbingusa.com and we will handle it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly edited in.
