We do the plumbing scope on remodels and new builds. Homeowners and general contractors across the Valley bring us in for rough-in, reroutes and setting fixtures, which is the work that gets buried in a wall and has to be right the first time. Open walls are also the cheapest access you will get to aging pipe, and we will tell you when replacing it is worth doing while you are already in there.

Do you do general contracting?
No. We are a licensed plumbing contractor and we do the plumbing scope only. We work alongside your GC, designer or builder, or directly with you if you are running the project yourself.
Can you work from an architect or designer plan set?
Yes. Send the plan set and we return a plumbing scope and fixed price against it.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes. Plumbing permits are pulled under our California license #1107475 and we handle the inspection.
