- Lic. #1107475
- 24-hour callback
- Written price first
Clearing a drain gets the water moving again. It does not tell you why the line clogged. We put a camera down the pipe afterward and show you what we find, whether that is grease, roots, a bellied section or a break, so you can decide what to do about it with the pipe on screen in front of you.
Signs it is time to call
- Multiple fixtures draining slowly at once
- Gurgling from a toilet when the sink drains
- Sewage smell in the yard or near a cleanout
- Water backing up into a shower or tub
- Repeat clogs in the same line
What the job includes
-
Cable and auger clearing
Kitchen, lavatory, tub, and main line blockages cleared on the first visit.
-
Hydro jetting
High-pressure water scours grease and scale off the full inside diameter of the pipe, rather than punching an opening through the middle of the clog.
-
Camera inspection
Recorded video of the line with the problem located and measured from the cleanout.
-
Root intrusion treatment
Cutting and treatment for roots from the mature landscaping around older Valley homes.
-
Sewer line repair and replacement
Spot repair or full replacement for broken, offset, or bellied sections.
-
Cleanout installation
Adding an accessible cleanout where a home never had one, which makes every future service call cheaper.
Drains & Sewer questions
What is the difference between snaking and hydro jetting?
A cable punches an opening through the blockage. Hydro jetting scours the full inside diameter of the pipe. Snaking is the right call for a one-off clog. Jetting is the right call when grease, scale or roots keep coming back.
Do I need a camera inspection?
If the same line has clogged more than once, yes. It is the only way to tell a maintenance problem from a broken pipe, and it stops you paying to clear the same drain over and over.
Are you available for sewer emergencies?
Yes. A main line backing up into the house is treated as an emergency.
